Posted by thehookandsling on April 17th, 2008

We’ve got a double header for you today, starting with another guest mix. This time we welcome Jazz Syndicate’s very own Tony C. You can normally find Tony C hosting his weekly internet radio show ‘The Melting Pot’ over at www.jazzsyndicate.co.uk   It’s a great blend of soul, funk and gospel, as well as everything in between! He’ll be airing my own Guest contribution (The Show Time Mix) on his show on Tuesday 22nd May at 8pm GMT (you can find the track list at the bottom of this page)As always the play lists for Tony’s shows can be found HERE. Anyway on with business, Ladies and Gentlemen . . . Tony C.!!

Greetings!, First things first, I would like to say a big Thank you to Mr Double Down here at the very informative and entertaining Hook and Sling Blog site. There have been some fantastic mixes on here from various DJ’s and obviously the hosts. Now it’s my turn and I hope that I can live up to the quality that precedes me! This mix reflects the sort of stuff that I play on my internet show, a mixture of Soul, Funk & R’n’B. Hope you enjoy it, Cheers Tony.
